WOW! Amazing!
I had never purchased a Jillian Michaels DVD before b/c
of the hit or miss reviews. So when I heard raves about this one, I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. This is an absolute butt-kicker
workout. I am an intermediate/advanced exerciser (I work out 5-6 days a week) so I figured I could see what Level 1 was all about and move onto
Level 2 right away…

I was originally cheering for Mike, But NOW he is getting to cocky and arrogant.

When was season 7 finished? Like what year. It 2009/2010 was it? Because I jusst finished watching it on tv, the finale was tonight, I am so annoyed that Helen won, she diserve it. I think she had lipo suction before the show or something because she looked like a dried up prune!! Tara should have won, she won everything, and was never below the yellow line, she was the most likely to win, and she deffinatly should have. I hate Helen:(

For the belly fat, try getting a sweat band that you wrap around your stomach and do cardio workouts, jump rope, jog, power walk ect. It helps shred the excess fat on the stomach a lil faster. And try doing extra ab work outs after the video workout. Drink alot of water thru out the day, it helps fill u up and it actually gets rid of extra water wieght!!
